2025 Awards

This award recognises a compliance team providing the full scope of compliance support for a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME)*, often working with limited resources and a more generalist skillset vs larger multinational businesses. This will be a team that can demonstrate how, through agile working, they have maintained full compliance with all relevant national and international laws and regulations over the last 12-18 months, whilst proactively supporting their business to enable growth.

Judges will be looking for how the team has strengthened compliance within their organisation – whilst scaling compliance efforts in proportion to expanding business operations.
