This award recognises a strong partnership and collaboration between multiple stakeholders, private or public, within the same or different jurisdictions – who are committed to advancing compliance best-practice and culture. This award will showcase a partnership that has demonstrated creativity in co-designing innovative solutions or in overcoming common complex challenges.

Judges will be looking for examples of collaborations that can demonstrate how the participants have gone above and beyond to deliver excellent outcomes for their organisations and the wider compliance profession. The entry could be focused on the response to a single event or major issue, or it could relate to an ongoing partnership within the compliance ecosystem. Examples can include public-private partnerships or private partnerships between several financial institutions.

  • This category is open to all stakeholders working in the field of compliance.
  • Entries must demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline.
  • We welcome entries from teams operating within Europe.

  • Please describe the partnership, its stakeholders and the context of the collaboration.
  • Detail the common goals and desired outcomes set as part of this collaboration.
  • Clarify any specific drivers, regulatory change or events that led to the collaboration.
  • Judges will be interested in any other relevant contextual information that would help in assessing your entry.

  • Share one or more specific case-study examples when this partnership has delivered concrete outcomes, and detail how the outcomes were beneficial to one or more parties.

  • Relevant details about how they have used fresh and successful new models and strategies to operate successfully within changing regulatory environments and challenging new markets.

  • What have been the key achievements for the partnership in the last 12-18 months? Describe the outcomes and impact – with detail on the measures of success.
  • To what extent did the initiative meet or exceed the initial ambition and goals?
  • What will be the longer-term impact of the partnership, are there further steps to build on the initial success? How will the success be sustained?
  • How did the partnership deliver value for all stakeholders?
