This award recognises an outstanding project or initiative driving innovation in financial crime prevention. The initiative will have demonstrated a positive impact within and beyond the organisation, pushing the boundaries of financial crime prevention processes, encouraging a culture of compliance and supporting innovative ways of working within the financial crime prevention team.
Judges will be looking for initiatives that demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration, with either internal or external partners, and showcase concrete outcomes that benefit their organisation and wider financial crime prevention profession. Examples can include the adoption and integration of new cutting-edge technology, innovation in counter fraud, KYC and CDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions and beyond.
- This award is open to all internal financial crime prevention teams working in a highly regulated business inside or outside of the financial services sector.
- Entries must demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline.
- Entries that do not address the entry criteria in detail will not be considered.
- We welcome entries from teams operating within Europe.
