Three awards available
Who, within your organisation, has worked most effectively to promote a culture of ‘doing business the right way’? Who has made the greatest strides in positioning compliance as a business enabler? Who has inspired and engaged with colleagues across the business to communicate the value of compliance and to drive the compliance agenda forward, in order to successfully change behaviours and outcomes?
Compliance is not only for those within compliance, and this award is open to Compliance Champions across all areas of the business, from senior managers setting the ‘tone from the top’, to client-facing colleagues embracing risk ownership and supporting the embedding of compliance.
In this category, the judges will be looking for individuals who have successfully countered the view that compliance stifles creativity and ingenuity; who have challenged accepted practices; or who have driven positive change within their teams, organisations or across their sector.
What our judges are looking for
We are looking for 500-1000 words that explain why you’ve gone over and above to make a difference in your organisation., Your submission will benefit from testimonials from colleagues and senior management as well as data demonstrating changes in behaviours and outcomes.
