Initiatives can vary in size and timescale and can include projects such as the implementation of a new technology to improve processes or the reactive work of an internal team to a specific investigation or change in regulation.

Judges will be looking for initiatives that have involved collaboration between multiple stakeholders, whether internal or external partners, and will give particular consideration to measures of success and improvement. The initiative will have delivered positive outcomes, processes must show scalability and adaptability to other parts of the business or the wider industry.
