Matthew is a seasoned compliance director who won the ICA Compliance Leader of the Year award in 2023.

He has a wealth of experience developing and supervising GDPR style compliance frameworks, he has a track record for embedding compliance in the culture of organisations and has worked across multiple markets including the UK, US, Europe, AMEA and India. 

Working for BT Group as the Data Compliance and Assurance Director, Matthew is responsible for the Data Compliance and Accountability framework which spans across BTs global footprint.
