2025 Awards

This award recognises a team working within a financial services organisation, that has supported and enabled the organisation to conduct its business in compliance with the relevant national and international laws and regulations. This is a generalist or specialist team that demonstrates exemplary professional standards and has created a culture of compliance within the business.

Judges will be looking for how the team has responded to external and internal challenges in the last 12-18 months ahead of the entry deadline, with evidence to support how they have strengthened compliance within their organisation or supported the creation of best practice standards across the broader compliance community.


  • This award is open to all internal compliance teams working in the financial services sector.
  • Entries must demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline.
  • We welcome entries from teams operating within Europe.
