Rob is the Risk & Operations Director and Board member of Metfriendly, a savings, investment & protection firm. He is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and MLRO and leads the Technology, Change & HR teams. Having worked in financial services for 34 years he has experience in leading both front line and operational teams. He has held senior roles in commercial and merchant banking. Rob is a Fellow of the ICA and assessor for the ICA Post-Graduate Diploma in GRC. He was previously a member of the ICA Advisory Board.
