Having over 20 years’ experience in the Telecoms industry with over 15 of those within Risk, Compliance and Assurance. Initially working within the Consumer regulatory team leading on sales propositions, products, and billing. After a few years in the Industry Engagement team where I represented BT as a CP at various industry fora and regulatory bodies I moved to Business/Enterprise. Firstly, managing all Governance, Risk, Compliance activities for the SME business unit and then specialising in Risk and Compliance for the Enterprise division as a whole. More recently I have moved into a Business/Revenue Assurance role within Group Business Services.
