Cathryn is VP of Compliance Learning at Barclays, and brings with her a wealth of experience in Learning, Development and Behavioural Science. Before Barclays, Cathryn has spent her career predominantly in Financial Services with time spent at RBS and Sainsbury’s Bank, as well as a foray into the Engineering sector at US firm, Jabil. Cathryn specialises in the professional, technical and regulatory development of Banking colleagues, and enjoys supporting their career and personal development. Cathryn holds two Masters degrees, in Behavioural Science and Human Resource Management. She is mum to Harper (7), and wife to Matthew.
