Ashleigh is the Head of Operational Risk and Business Resilience, leading safety and resilience initiatives in the intricately regulated aviation environment, including but not limited to Emergency Response capability, Safety risk and investigations framework and Human Factors management. Her career history also includes IT Risk and experience involving resilience, continuity and crisis management, all involving ensuring operational stability. She is also a proud member of the Business Continuity Institute.

Away from the day job, Ashleigh is also a Non Exec Director for a small community organisation which provides alternative education for 16-25 year older who require additional support.
