Amani Boros is the Head of ESG at State Street Bank International Gmbh (SSBI). Ms. Boros develops and oversees the ESG strategy and leads interactions with clients, regulators and stakeholders in providing advisory and integrating ESG across SSBI.

Prior to her recent role at Thomson Reuters, Ms Boros was the Global Head of Risk and Control for the Sustainability, Strategy and Finance Group at Credit Suisse, where she was responsible for ESG risk management and supporting the Group in setting the sustainable strategy and facilitating sustainable investments. Amani has been recognized for her contributions and previously won the prestigious Women In Banking & Finance ‘Young Professional Award’ and was one of the Top 8 Future Leaders in the Ethnicity Awards. Ms. Boros has a deep passion for equal access to education and gender empowerment and previously founded Amatte Group, a direct trade social impact company supporting female farmers across Africa. She is an Ambassador of the One Young World organization
