With 18 years’ experience in Compliance focusing on insurance (working for BNP Paribas Cardif in Paris and Aspen UK holding SMF16 roles), Aaron is now the Group Head of Compliance for the Aventum Group Limited.  Aaron holds a Diploma in Compliance through the ICA and is a Fellow of the ICA.
